Zaitol Consulting was founded by Ahmad Chilmeran, a seasoned professional with 15+ years in commodity trading, market research, and policy analysis across Canada’s agribusiness sector. His experience spans leading firms like Cargill, Viterra, G3 Canada, and Parrish & Heimbecker, as well as advisory work with the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization.​
